Spring roundup

UK Solar Industry Summit, May
We attended this first summit in London organised by Solapraxis reviewing the current situation in the UK and expectations for solar worldwide. I was impressed at the coverage and enthusiasm at this event despite a gloomy focus on the proposed August 1st fast track review. It seems a lot of the UK government recommendations had come from flawed reports and general misunderstanding. We learnt a lot from many of the German speakers who talked about lessons they had learnt and models for the future.

InterSolar Munich, June
This event had its largest ever turnout, with a bewildering number of exhibitors and halls. We were pleased to meet with many of you at the event and hope it was a great success for you all.

Top50-Solar New Italian and Dutch versions !
We are excited to announce the introduction of two new language versions – Italian and Dutch. This is backed by our belief that there is still great potential for growth in Europe. You now have a choice of banner advertising in six languages, with some very attractive promotions in our new versions.

Logo inclusion
We have noticed a number of you still don’t have an active entry because you have not yet included our Top50 logo in your website. Please take a moment to check this, we advise that you enter your company name in the search field to ensure it looks as you expect.

Top50-Solar Your Profile: Videos
Don’t forget you can have up to five videos in each language version to really market your profile. Why not set up your own YouTube account (or similar) and include a short presentation on your company, it could really make a difference!

Make Your profile stand out from the crowd!
It is worth re-checking your profile to make sure you are getting the best impact, with a full yet concise description, showcased with banners, logos, videos, Twitter and Facebook links and all relevant contact information. If you need any help with this we now offer a translation service by native speakers and writers.
